What is RSVP?
Forget everything you think you know about horror attractions and immersive experiences.
RSVP isn’t an escape room.
It isn’t a scare maze.
It isn’t a theatre show.
It’s a fully immersive dark comedy horror experience where you become one of the guests at Tommy Crimble’s 10th birthday party. From the moment you arrive, you’re part of the mysterious celebration.
What begins as an awkward family gathering slowly unravels into something much darker, forcing you to question everything happening around you.
Expect dark comedy, mystery, live actors, audience interaction and a story that grows more unsettling with every passing minute.
The less you know before arriving, the better.
The Experience
Guests will:
- Meet the Crimble family.
- Take part in birthday games and celebrations.
- Explore the family’s strange traditions.
- Uncover disturbing secrets.
- Work together when things begin to go wrong and try and escape the party alive.
No two groups will react exactly the same, making every performance feel unique.
Is it scary?
Very.
But not immediately.
RSVP is designed as a slow-burning horror experience. It starts with uncomfortable comedy, awkward social situations and strange behaviour before building into psychological horror, genuine suspense and high-intensity moments.
Rather than relying on constant jump scares, the experience focuses on atmosphere, tension and the feeling that something isn’t quite right.
Is it interactive?
Absolutely.
You won’t be watching from the sidelines.
You’ll be encouraged to join in with games, speak with the family, investigate your surroundings and make discoveries as the story unfolds.
However, you’re never expected to perform or act in front of the group. Participation feels natural and is guided by the performers throughout.

VENUE
The Crimbles have a real thing for Warnham Village Hall so that’s where it will be held this year. Full address is: Hollands Way, Warnham, Horsham RH12 3RH.
cAN YOU PARK?
Yes there is free parking for around 30 cars at Warnham Village Hall.
Public Transport
There is an hourly bus (No.93) from Horsham to Warnham and Warnham does have a train station however, it is a 20 minute walk from the station to the village hall. If you are interested but can’t get yourself there, let us know as we may be able to assist with discounts on taxis or the use of community transport.

How long is the experience?
Approximately 75 minutes.
Will the actors touch me?
Yes. Performers will not aggressively touch guests as part of the experience. However, this is an immersive experience so guests should expect some level of natural physical contact. If you do not want to be touched in any way, we totally understand and will be offering a birthday badge for guests who do not want to be touched so The Crimbles will know to keep their hands to themselves.
IS RSVP SUITABLE FOR A HORROR BEGINNER?
Yes—but don’t mistake that for “not scary.” Rather than relying on constant jump scares, RSVP focuses on building atmosphere, suspense and psychological tension. The experience begins with dark comedy and uncomfortable family interactions before gradually descending into something much more unsettling.
There are moments of genuine fright throughout the experience, but our aim is to make you feel on edge—not simply make you jump every few minutes. If you enjoy stories that slowly get under your skin, you’ll feel right at home at Tommy Crimble’s birthday party.
Can I leave if I need to?
Yes. Guest safety always comes first, and a member of the team can assist you if you need to leave.
Do I need to solve puzzles?
You’ll discover clues and make observations as part of the story, but you don’t need escape-room experience to enjoy RSVP.
What should I wear?
Comfortable clothing and sensible footwear. You’ll be moving around the venue for the duration of the experience. However, it is a party so we’d recommend dressing to impress, but probs leave the stilettos at home.
Can I take photos?
Photography and filming are not permitted once the experience begins.
Can I attend alone?
Absolutely. Many guests attend immersive experiences on their own, and you’ll quickly become part of the group.
Do I need to like horror?
Not necessarily. If you enjoy immersive experiences, dark comedy, mystery or interactive theatre, there’s plenty to enjoy. The horror builds throughout the experience. If you are a scaredy cat though, probs best to give this one a miss.
Will I have to act?
No. You’ll naturally become part of the story, but you’ll never be expected to perform, speak in front of the group or roleplay unless you genuinely want to. Be yourself, be respectful of the other guests/performers, and join in – thats all we ask.
Can I buy tickets on the door?
We strongly recommend booking in advance, as capacity is limited and performances may sell out before the event.
Can I change or refund my tickets?
All ticket sales are final and we are unable to offer refunds once tickets have been purchased.
If you can no longer attend your booked performance, we’ll do our best to help you resell your ticket. Upon request, we’ll post on our official social media channels to let our community know that tickets have become available for your selected performance date.
Whilst we’re happy to assist in promoting your ticket, we cannot guarantee that a buyer will be found.
Any agreement to resell a ticket, including arranging payment and transferring the ticket, is the responsibility of the original ticket holder and the purchaser. Ezra Immersive is not responsible for, and accepts no liability in relation to, private ticket resale transactions.
If RSVP is cancelled by Ezra Immersive, or if we are unable to deliver the performance as advertised, you will be offered either:
- A transfer to another available performance date (subject to availability), or
- A full refund of the ticket price.
In the unlikely event of a significant change to the performance, we will contact all affected ticket holders as soon as possible with the options available.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes. Warnham Village Hall offers step-free access and an accessible toilet. If you have any additional accessibility requirements, please contact us before your visit so we can discuss how we can best support you.

Do I need to solve puzzles?
You’ll uncover clues, discover secrets and work together to get out of the party as the story unfolds, but you don’t need any previous escape room experience to enjoy RSVP.
Is RSVP suitable for first-time immersive theatre guests?
Absolutely. Whether this is your first immersive experience or your fiftieth, the performers will naturally guide you through the story. You don’t need to know how immersive theatre works—just accept your invitation and enjoy trowing yourself in to something you really never will have experienced before.
