We want Ezra Immersive to be a place where guests, cast, crew, creatives and anyone working with us are treated with dignity, kindness and respect.
What That Means to Us
We welcome people from all backgrounds and walks of life.
We do not tolerate discrimination, harassment, bullying or unfair treatment based on characteristics including age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage or civil partnership, pregnancy or maternity, race, religion or belief, sex or sexual orientation.
We also recognise that creating a genuinely welcoming environment goes beyond simply saying that discrimination isn’t allowed.
We want to listen, learn and make reasonable changes where we can so that more people are able to take part in what we create.
Our Experiences
Immersive experiences can involve unusual environments, audience interaction and moments where guests are deliberately taken outside of the ordinary.
That never gives anyone permission to disrespect another person.
Our stories may be strange. Our characters may behave strangely. But behind every experience are real people who deserve to feel safe and respected.
We expect the same from everyone who joins us.

We know that people experience events and environments differently.
Where reasonably possible, we will work with guests to understand accessibility requirements and make adjustments that allow them to participate comfortably and safely.

We want the people who perform, create, build and work with Ezra Immersive to feel respected and able to be themselves.
When recruiting and working with others, we aim to make decisions fairly and based on what a role or opportunity actually requires.
We are a growing company, and we know we won’t always get everything perfect. We’re committed to listening, learning and improving as Ezra grows.
