1. general

We’re really excited to welcome you to RSVP.

By purchasing a ticket and attending the experience, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

We’ve tried to keep them as clear and straightforward as possible.

RSVP is a live immersive dark comedy horror experience featuring the Crimble family, puzzles, interactive storytelling, theatrical effects, and audience participation.

These guidelines exist to help keep everyone safe, comfortable, and able to enjoy the experience.

Most of it is common sense. Some of it exists because the Crimble family can’t always be trusted to behave themselves.

2. booking & tickets

Tickets for RSVP are sold through our authorised ticketing provider.

Please check the date, time, number of tickets, and any other booking details carefully before completing your purchase.

A valid booking is required for entry. Booking confirmations may be checked on arrival, so please have yours available either digitally or in print.

Tickets must not be duplicated, fraudulently reproduced, or resold for commercial gain.

If you notice a problem with your booking, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.

3. before you book

AGE RESTRCTIONS

RSVP is recommended for guests aged 16 and over.

Guests aged 16 or 17 may attend but should only do so if they are comfortable with mature horror themes and immersive experiences.

Guests aged 16 or 17 must be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 18 or over throughout the experience.

The accompanying adult remains responsible for the welfare and supervision of the young person throughout the experience.

We may ask for proof of age where necessary.

CONTENT WARNINGS

RSVP is a horror experience and isn’t for everyone.

The experience includes:

  • Horror themes
  • Psychological tension
  • Simulated violence
  • Theatrical blood and gore
  • Loud noises
  • Sudden scares
  • Disturbing imagery
  • Mature themes
  • Flashing lights, strobe effects, and theatrical lighting effects where applicable
  • A short period of darkness, during which guests will be asked to remain stationary

Things also get progressively stranger and more intense as the story unfolds.

If you have any concerns before booking, please contact us. We’re always happy to answer questions honestly.

MEDICAL INFORMATION

Because RSVP includes horror, sudden scares, loud noises, theatrical lighting, periods of darkness, audience interaction, and some movement around the venue, some guests may wish to consider whether the experience is suitable for them before booking.

This may be particularly important for guests who:

  • Are pregnant
  • Have heart conditions
  • Have epilepsy or sensitivity to flashing lights
  • Experience severe anxiety, panic disorders, or PTSD
  • Have mobility issues or other physical conditions that may affect participation
  • Have any condition that could be aggravated by horror or immersive experiences

Guests are responsible for considering whether RSVP is suitable for their own personal circumstances and should seek professional medical advice where appropriate.

PHYSICAL CONTACT & NO CONTACT BADGES

RSVP is an immersive experience, and the Crimble family aren’t exactly known for respecting personal space.

Throughout the experience, the Crimbles may initiate light physical contact as part of an interaction.

This may include things such as handshakes, high fives, hugs, holding your hand, or standing a little closer than feels entirely normal.

This contact is intended to be theatrical, character-driven, and part of the storytelling. The Crimbles are strange people, and sometimes that means a handshake lasts a little too long, a hug feels a little awkward, or Tommy decides you’re his new best friend.

The Crimbles will never intentionally or aggressively grab, push, restrain, carry, or physically force guests to participate.

If you’d prefer not to receive physical contact, simply request a No Contact Badge during the booking process or before the experience begins. The Crimbles will recognise this and avoid initiating physical contact wherever reasonably possible.

While we will make every reasonable effort to honour No Contact Badges, incidental contact may occasionally occur in shared audience spaces.

Guests must not intentionally touch, grab, or interfere with the Crimbles unless specifically invited to do so as part of the experience.

SAFE PHRASE & SAFE EXIT

Your comfort and wellbeing are important to us.

While RSVP is designed to be immersive and intense, you are always in control of your participation. If you feel uncomfortable or need to step away at any point, our team is here to support you.

4. arrival & late entry

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your booked time.

This allows plenty of time for ticket checks, safety briefings, and any pre-show information before the experience begins.

The story starts before the main event itself, so arriving late may mean missing important moments, story information, or interactions.

Guests arriving 10 minutes or more after their scheduled start time will not be admitted to the experience, as they will have missed crucial parts of the story and their late arrival may negatively affect the experience of other guests.

In these circumstances, tickets will not be refunded or exchanged.

This is why we strongly recommend arriving at least 15 minutes early to make sure you’re ready before the experience begins.

5. audience participation

RSVP is an immersive experience, which means the story happens around you, with you, and sometimes directly because of you.

The Crimbles may speak to you, involve you in conversations, ask questions, invite you to play games, or make you part of a scene.

You never have to do anything you don’t want to do. Participation is encouraged, but not compulsory.

We will always do our best to respect your comfort levels while keeping the story moving.

6. guest behaviour

We ask that guests treat our team, the venue, the Crimbles, and fellow guests with respect.

Please follow reasonable instructions given by our team, particularly where they relate to safety or the running of the experience.

The safety and wellbeing of our guests and team will always come first.

ALCOHOL & DRUGS

Please drink responsibly before attending.

If a guest appears to be excessively intoxicated or under the influence of drugs in a way that affects safety, comfort, or the experience of others, we may refuse admission or remove them from the event.

Guests refused entry or removed for this reason will not be entitled to a refund.

SMOKING & VAPING

Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the venue.

Please only smoke or vape in designated outdoor areas where available.

FOOD AND DRINK

Food and drink should not be taken into the performance area unless permitted by a member of our team or required for medical reasons.

If you need to carry food, drink, or medication for medical or accessibility reasons, please let us know if you require any assistance.

prohibited items

Please don’t bring the following into the venue:

  • Weapons or imitation weapons
  • Fireworks or explosives
  • Illegal substances
  • Dangerous or hazardous items
  • Laser pointers
  • Anything else that could reasonably pose a safety risk

If we reasonably believe an item could create a risk to our guests, team, performers, or venue, we may refuse admission or ask for the item to be removed from the venue.

7. right to refuse admission

We reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any guest whose behaviour is unsafe, threatening, abusive, disruptive, or likely to negatively affect the safety or experience of others.

This includes guests who deliberately damage scenery, props, equipment, or venue property, enter restricted areas without permission, interfere with the running of the experience, or repeatedly refuse to follow reasonable instructions from our team.

Guests refused admission or removed from the experience under these circumstances will not be entitled to a refund.

Decisions regarding guest safety, admission, and removal from the event will be made by Ezra Immersive and are final.

8. photography & recording

Please keep cameras and recording devices away during the experience.

Photography, video recording, and audio recording are not permitted while RSVP is taking place unless we specifically tell you otherwise.

Part of the fun is not knowing what’s coming, and recording also makes life difficult for the Crimbles.

There will usually be opportunities for photos afterwards.

9. Mobile Phones

Please keep your phone on silent and out of sight during the experience unless a member of our team tells you otherwise.

The Crimbles hate being ignored.

Emergency phone use is, of course, permitted where necessary.

10. venue safety & emergency procedures

Please follow instructions given by our team and the Crimbles throughout the experience.

Some areas of the venue are out of bounds unless you’re specifically directed there as part of the story.

Running is not permitted unless a member of our team specifically instructs otherwise.

As part of the immersive experience, certain doors or routes within the venue may occasionally appear restricted or unavailable. This forms part of the storytelling and should not be interpreted as a genuine safety concern.

Appropriate emergency exits and safety procedures will always remain available throughout the event, and our team will be present throughout the experience.

Guests should not attempt to access restricted areas, emergency exits, backstage spaces, or routes not intended for use as part of the experience unless instructed to do so by a member of our team or in the event of a genuine emergency.

If an emergency occurs, the immersive experience will immediately stop and our team will guide everyone safely.

Please follow all instructions and proceed calmly to any designated evacuation point.

11. Personal Belongings

Larger bags, coats, and personal belongings may be stored in a designated storage area during the experience.

We recommend avoiding bringing unnecessary valuables to the venue.

Where storage is provided, guests remain responsible for their belongings. Ezra Immersive cannot accept responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal property except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

If something does go missing, we’ll keep any found property for a reasonable period and do our best to reunite it with its owner.

12. Refunds & Transfers

Tickets are non-refundable except where required by law.

Please check your availability before booking, as choosing not to attend does not usually entitle guests to a refund.

We understand that life occasionally has other plans. In cases of genuine extenuating circumstances, Ezra Immersive may, at its discretion, offer a ticket transfer or refund where reasonably possible.

Any such decision will be made on a case-by-case basis and cannot be guaranteed.

If you believe your circumstances warrant consideration, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.

If RSVP is cancelled by Ezra Immersive, guests will be offered either:

  • A full refund; or
  • A transfer to another available performance

Ticket transfers may also be possible at our discretion if requested with reasonable notice before the event and subject to availability.

Tickets may not be resold for commercial gain without our written permission.

Force Majeure

Sometimes things happen that are outside anybody’s control.

Ezra Immersive will not be liable for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as severe weather, flooding, fire, power failure, government restrictions, public health emergencies, venue closure, industrial action, or other unforeseen events.

Where possible, affected guests will be offered an alternative date or refund in accordance with applicable consumer law.

13. Event Changes

Live events are complicated things.

As a live experience, elements of RSVP may occasionally need to change. This may include casting, individual interactions, scenes, effects, timings, or elements of the venue layout.

Where necessary, we reserve the right to make reasonable changes without materially altering the overall nature of the experience.

We’ll always do our best to make sure the party goes ahead as planned.

The Crimbles, unfortunately, don’t always make that easy.

14. Liability

Guests participate in RSVP at their own risk and are responsible for following reasonable safety instructions given by our team throughout the experience.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under the laws of England and Wales.

Subject to the above and to the extent permitted by law, Ezra Immersive shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from attendance at the event.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights.

15. Intellectual Property

The world of RSVP belongs to Ezra Immersive.

All scripts, characters, artwork, branding, photographs, graphics, promotional materials, and other creative content associated with RSVP and Ezra Immersive remain the intellectual property of Ezra Immersive or their respective rights holders unless otherwise stated.

Please don’t reproduce, copy, distribute, record for commercial purposes, or otherwise use our work without permission.

16. Spoilers

One Final Favour…

Tommy waits all year for new friends to come to his birthday party.

Please help us keep the surprises intact by avoiding spoilers, recordings, or revealing major story moments online.

Future guests deserve the chance to experience RSVP the same way you did.
